Ourun Optima6 intelligent integrated distillation instrument is an intelligent automatic distillation system designed according to the principle of automatic distillation and in accordance with the relevant national standards of distillation. The whole machine integrates a far-infrared heating module, a closed water circulation condensation module, a high-precision weighing end-point detection module, an anti-suction protection module, and a condensation pipeline one-key cleaning module. 32-bit ARM microprocessor control, complete the distillation process automatically. 1. Unattended:

The system automatically completes heating, peeling, temperature control, compressor refrigeration, cooling water circulation and distillation end point judgment.

2. Heating module:

Adopt advanced far-infrared ceramic radiation heating technology, no open flame, low power consumption, high efficiency, long life, uniform heating, not easy to bump, and corrosion resistance.

The heating components of the Optima 6 series and Optima 8 series can be individually controlled without interference with each other.

3. Refrigeration cycle module:

Built-in refrigeration and external refrigeration are optional.

Built-in refrigeration: built-in compression refrigeration components, closed circulation of cooling water, no need for external pipelines, saving space.

External chilled water: external chiller or tap water external cooling, flexible use, super cost-effective.

4. One-key cleaning function

The distillation instrument has a built-in automatic cleaning pump, and there is no need to disassemble the bottle body. After the experiment, the distillation pipeline can be directly cleaned with one button, which is convenient, fast, safe and efficient.

5. Anti-suckback of distillate

When the effluent reaches the set end point, the effluent outlet is automatically locked, and the built-in suction valve is automatically opened at the same time, accurate weighing and anti-suction are both correct.

6. Distillation dual mode

Weighing distillation: (1-600) grams can be set freely, using a high-precision weighing end-point detection module, and automatically stop distillation at the end of the distillation.

Timing distillation: (1-600) minutes can be set arbitrarily, according to the set time to distill, the distillation will automatically stop at the time.

The two modes can be selected arbitrarily, and the distillation mode of each unit can be set independently.

7. Simple operation interface

There are seven built-in distillation methods in the distillation instrument, which can be directly selected without frequent input of repeated data; it is also possible to customize the method according to the experimental needs and save the application.

8. Automatic precision distillation
