1. The eluent should be sealed and stored in the chromatographic column, the storage temperature is 4-10 degrees Celsius, and the use temperature is 20-60 degrees Celsius.

2. Our OURUNet AC-1 chromatographic column should be used within the range of pH 2-12, and the concentration of eluent and sample should not exceed this range. The imported Shodex IC column should be used within the pH range of 3-12, and the eluent and sample concentration should not exceed this range.

3. The maximum working pressure of the chromatographic column cannot exceed 15MPa.

4. When removing the chromatographic column, remove it after the temperature of the chromatographic column drops to room temperature, and seal it with a plug immediately after removal.

5. Samples containing heavy metals should be treated with cation exchange resin to remove heavy metals before injection.

6. Samples containing organic matter should be injected after passing through a C18 solid phase extraction column.

7. When the hardness of the sample is high, the calcium and magnesium ions in the sample should be removed first.

8. The sample must be filtered with 0.22μm microporous membrane or disposable syringe filter before injection.

9. When storing the chromatographic column at room temperature, the eluent should be passed through once a week.
